Return Policy

• Refunds can be done if purchase is only broken upon arrival. If need for a new one, inquiry through media. These include fragile items.
• Please make a refund request and return request within 30 days. After 30 days, your request is inadmissible.
• Please provide pictures to confirm if request is accepted.
• Any lip products and mixed bags cannot be returned or refunded 
• Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your post office and return the package for refund.
